Have something you've always wanted to crochet but never found a pattern for? Send it to us. Every member can request one custom pattern each month, and there are two ways to do it:
How to send your request
- Email us at the address below with the subject line "VIP Custom Pattern Request".
- Attach your photo or describe your idea. Size, colours and skill level are all helpful if you have a preference.
- Use the email address on your Hearth & Holly account so we can match it to your membership.
- We take it from there. We'll confirm we've received it, and email you when your pattern is ready.

Where do I find my patterns?
Once you're a member, log in to your account to see the members' library. Everything available to members is there, including the newest drops.
When do new patterns arrive?
Every 3 days we add 3 new patterns. Some are hand-picked from our shop, and some are community-exclusive designs made only for members.
What can I ask for in a custom request?
Almost anything you'd love to crochet: a favourite animal, a character from a photo, a holiday decoration, a gift idea.
How many custom requests do I get?
One custom pattern request per month for every member.
